Exchange Server - HUGE body

For anyone who knows how to use Outlook Web Access version of Exchange Server,

I used to send and receive mail perfectly. But now I can't send mail. Whenever I try to send anything, an error message pops up saying that the body text is too large (over 100k). However, the same message happens even if I haven't typed anything. How can this error message be true when I haven't typed or attached anything?
