About 2 hours ago a minor power surge caused our office Exchange server to go tits up. It came back online, started to rebuild the database (roughly 30k support and internal emails), and another surge kicked it offline again. Now it's up, but apparantly minus all the emails.
Since my job consists of phone support + email support, and the phone ain't ringing, I guess I've got time to spare.
I wonder if the IT guy would like the backup copy of the support folders that I keep on my desktop harddrive? I think I'll wait until just before I go home to tell him
