Exchange Server 5.5-Blocking Sender Help?

We are running Exchange Server 5.5. We keep getting emails from a former employee that has a yahoo address. I have added them as an exchange user with their yahoo address and put them in our delivery restrictions under reject messages from section, but we are still getting messages from them. Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions as to what I can do next?
