My Exchange users can successfully send and recieve internal email... they can also send external email BUT when someone external tries to send them email, they immediately get a bounced back "Mail Administrator" email with:
or something similar from their ISP.
Each user receives email from two email accounts - username@testdomain1.com and username@testdomain2.com. STRANGE thing is that testdomain1.com email works perfectly fine... i waited a couple of weeks to make sure the first domain had no problems after switching everyone from an external POP account to Exchange - and now I've made the same mx record changes for the second domain to point to my exchange server but this time I'm having this relay problem!
each recipient was rejected.
Recipient: <test@testdomain2.com>
Reason: 5.7.1 Unable to relay for test@testdomain2.com
