Exchange/Outlook Calendar Question

A client has an office where they give out supplies basically all day by appointment. What they need is a single calendar that they can all view and add appointments too and when they add it automatically updates for everyone. Is this possible using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 and if not are there any relitively cheap add on ($500 or less that will do this) TIA.

If you happen to have a Windows 2003 Server available, or Office 2003 (I think), you can install Sharepoint Team Services.

It'll give you a permissionable, web-based calendar, and you can attach it to Outlook as well. Best of all, it's free. 🙂
