We cannot send emails to a couple of domains.

I'm wondering where I can check to see if the domains are being blocked in Exchange. I looked around but nothing is jumping out at me.

Also if it isn't being blocked on my exchange how can I trace the emails to see where they are stopping. I have no outbound ACL on my router and I don't see any settings in my (poor) firewall that would affect emails like that . Any advice would be appreciated.

Here is an example when an email gets kicked back...

'techsupport@domain.com' on 8/24/2004 8:54 AM
Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=ourdomain;l=servername-040824125340Z-3111

I substituted the words domain ourdomain and servername

Maybe your server is being used as a relay, and has gotten onto an open-relay blacklist. I Googled and here's a site you might check at: http://www.ordb.org/

We did have an open relay problem about 8 months ago. That problem was resolved. The email issues go back way beyond that. Other admins have tried to fix the prob, but now I'm gonna give it a crack.
