One of my user's at work has a problem with her mailbox. I want to build her a new one as this should eliminate the errors she is having. The only problem I have is is there anyway to transfer all her emails (including her saved and archived ones) from her existing mailbox to her new mailbox?
 
What is the issue with the mailbox? The only way I know off of the top of my head is to connect to the mailbox and copy all folders to a local PST file. Delete the users mailbox and then re-create it. BUT MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DELETE THE USER ACCOUNT.
 
I just had to exmerge a 10GB priv.edb and import it again to rename my mail server. I know that tool very well.
