I want to setup a standard e-mail template for my users that they wouldn't be able to edit and that they are forced to use.
Right now, everyone uses different fonts, backgrounds, etc. Is there a way to setup a standard office e-mail that the user can't change ??
I remember looking into setting up a standard signature for e-mails and basically found out that I would have to do this via 3rd party software. I wouldn't mind paying for something that I could add on to Exchange if it gave me this capability as well.
