exchange 2003 webmail file attachment

how do you allow file attachment download in exchange 2003 webmail?

We have this ability and didn't do anything special for it, just the default install of OWA (exch 2003 std). Message opens up, right click attachment and 'save as'

Do you at least see the attachment listed in the message?

looks like its blocking executiable extensions....

"Access to the following potentially unsafe attachments has been blocked: eicar.com"


im testing some functionality and would like to be able to open this mock virus file
