Exchange 2000 ???

I am running Exchange 2000 where I work at and I was wondering if there was a way that when I send an email is there a way to have a copy (BCC) of the message appear in a public folder. When myself or others send mail to particular clients we want to keep a record of sent messages in a public folder so that anyone can see when a message was sent. Is there an easy way to do this, or do I have to type the Public Folder in everytime I send a message?
