Exchange 2000 to 2003 Migration

I am trying to use the migration tool, but get the message that i dont have an exchange 2000 server, which I do. Exchange 2003 is installed on server 2003 and ready to go. Anyone with experience with this. I have already added the 2003 as a domain server. The exchange management console on the 2003 server sees the the exchange 2000 installation on the win2k server....

Any suggestions.

Did you check Technet? I recall seeing a bunch of white papers on doing the migration.
