Exchange 2000 spam-need filter help!

Can anyone recommend a fairly reasonably priced filter that works well with Exchange, or does everyone just use the built in filtering features?

I block domains and use a quality exchange virus scanner, some crap still gets through.

Built-in message filtering works for Exchange 5.5 about 99.9% of the time. But what do you expect for something that doesn't cost anything?
