I'm trying to slim down my Adobe CS5 install for an SSD. I'm tying to find if there's a way to remove components, and I can't seem to find anything. When I run the installer again there's some additional things I can add, but that seems to be the only option. If I have to uninstall and reinstall the whole suite, that's an OK option (it's a production machine not in use yet).
Are there any suggestions on large files/components that aren't really needed? I see there are almost 3 gigs of files related to SpeechAnalysisModels, and presumably I only really need the English folder.. but I'm not sure what that's technically a component of and if it is safe to try and remove. I was also thinking of nuking about 1.5gig of PAL templates in Encore, which I could probably just do manually.
Thanks for any thoughts/ideas!
Edit: I might considering using junctions to move some of these folders to a HDD, which seems like a decent option as well.
