Excersise (sp?)

elliptical machine? rowing machine? swimming?

cardio is most effective for me when i mix it up. it's also less boring.

Which?


For the beginner, a stationary bicycle is by far the easiest to do most exercises with. Treadmills are large and awkward and don't have nearly as many good places to grab them, whether you're going to lift it over your head or do curls with it. Bench pressing a treadmill is also rather annoying. Stairmasters have a lot more places to hold on to, but they're awkward to use for most exercises unless you have very high ceilings. It's too easy to start doing, say, power cleans with a Stairmaster and then start knocking out other people in the gym or hitting other pieces of equipment.
 
there's this little known one that also offers new sites and fresh air. I believe it to be the "Sidewalk"...
