Exception OE at 0028:... in VxD---. Can't Start Win98 SE

I'm getting this message: An Exception OE has occurred at 0028:00000002 in VxD---. This was called from 0028:C145B8D5 in Vxd---.

I can only get into Safe Mode. Any advice would be very welcome.

this is a device driver (most probably the one of your last installed hardware. remove this last one (click w/t right mousebutton on "this computer" chose devices (i'm usinng duch version so i don't know the words used in us version) & remove the ast installed hardware. (select & click remove)

maybe you will have to unplug all unnececairy hardware (modem, sound, network & ISDN) and reboot (dont forget to unplug your powercable)
