Exception for 'net use' in XP firewall?

Is it possible to create an exception in a client PC's WinXP firewall to allow connections from other computers via the net use command at a cmd prompt? How could I go about doing this? Excepting File & Printer Sharing doesn't help.

Also, what would the ramifications of this be, security-wise?
 
Well, I'll be damned. It took about three minutes or so, but net use connected with Windows Firewall on and File & Print Sharing excepted.

Bear in mind, this is with two computers in the same room. Normally I'm trying from my computer to one several states away. Seems like either it gives up or I do.
