Exception 0E error in VxD - - -? Please Help

Can anyone help? I'm using Windows Me and I usually get a blue screen on start up stating... "An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C006115D in VxD VNETBIOS(01) + 00000B8D. This was called from 0028:C023F58B in VxD VMM(0C) + 0000058B. It may be possible to continue normally." If I switch off and then on again and then select normal start up Windows often loads up ok - but not always. CAN ANYONE HELP??? PLEEEASE!! Thanks.
