I'm too cheap to purchase one (especially when I rarely need one), but I needed some graphing
functionality this semester can came across this nifty web-based (Java applet) graphics calculator

GCalc

It's released under the GPL so you can download the source and compile it yourself. Hopefully
someone out there might find it useful.

btw, this GCalc works great in FreeBSD. I found other freeware Windows calculators but obviously I couldn't use those.

Can Pocket PC handle Java??? I don't really know much about the portable computing market.
