Here is a stuffing recipe that will make you a sure fire hit over the holidays.

>2c. bread crumbs
>1/3c milk
>1c turkey broth
>2t sage
>1/4t salt
>1/4t pepper
>2c popcorn, unpopped

Mix all ingredients together until moist, then stuff inside turkey. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F. When the popcorn blows the ass off the turkey, the stuffing is done! :)

Now post your recipes.

This is my moms recipe, she makes it every year and it's always a hit. :)

Ingredients
1 pound breakfast sausage
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups finely diced celery
3/4 cup margarine, melted
8 cups white bread cubes
3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1 Cook sausage. Drain.

2 Melt margarine. Add enough to sausage drippings to make 1 cup.

3 Saute; onions and celery in margarine/dripping mixture until onion is tender. DO NOT BROWN. Stir in about 1/3 bread cubes. Put in big bowl and add remaining bread cubes, poultry seasoning, and pepper. Watch your hands, it's hot. Mix well.

4 Stuff turkey. You can also omit the sausage, increase the bread cubes to 9 cups, and add a teaspoon or two of salt. You can also add apples, giblets, oysters, etc. This recipe is very adaptable. When cooking extra in the oven, place the stuffing in a buttered casserole dish, and place in a pan of hot water. Cover, and baste with turkey drippings occasionally.

Anyone ever had oyster stuffing? You pretty much make it like regular stuffing, although not in the turkey, but you just add a can of oysters. My aunt use to make it. My uncle and I were the only people who would eat it. It's definitely an acquired taste.

<Smacks Windogg with leather glove> I accept your challenge for a duel. I pick LTK as my second. ;)

My mom has made that recipe for the last 30 odd years. Pretty darn good, isn't it? :)

Why am I always everyone's second. Where did you people get the weird notion that I can be trusted?? I don't get it. Oh well, as long as I get to hold a gun and watch people get shot its, all cool :)
