Excel XP OLAP issues

Our company uses the "Cube" in MS Excel XP and I'm working with one of our users who cannot connect to the server only from his laptop. He's running Windows XP. He used to be able to connect to our Cube server with no problem. Now when he attempts to connect he gets a message:

Excel cannot find OLAP cube <datasource name> or you don't have permissions to connect to the cube. Consult your database administrator.

When he logs into a different Windows XP client, connection is succesful. Any ideas?
 
Did you install the Analysis Services client components after installing Office XP?
If so, then it will have overwritten the newer versions of some dlls that Office XP
installs. The easiest way of fixing this is to apply SP2 on the affected machine;
otherwise you can run Detect and Repair on the Office XP installation. There's an
