Excel - what function can i use like sumifs but return text?

I want to validate my file and i have to search by two different columns. Sumifs would create if I want to return numbers but i want to return text to validate my second tab matches my first tab. I am doing accounting journal entries. I was looking at Index + match but don't how to make it work.

Any great links that can help?
