I'm at a new job where I am a PC tech both in store and on site. Does anyone know of, or maybe you have created, a template to track each job?

I'm looking for a way to track and keep records for the service order number of a job, it's status, billable hours, part numbers/costs, notes, etc...

Does anyone know of anything this specific?
