EXCEL - Sorting a group of rows.

Not sure if this can be done but in Excel I have data where 3 rows of data all go together, then the next 3 rows go together, etc. I want to sort the data but have Excel not break up each set of 3 rows that all go together.

Can this be done?

Might need to do something like this.

Unless you can do something with Grouping.
