Excel Question - Combining data from multiple worksheets

I have data in 30 separate files that I'd like to combine into one big spreadsheet, with the data under one another. Is there a way to do this w/o having to open up all 30 files and copying and pasting?

Export them to text files, concatenate the text files, import back into Excel

Just open the first one and select import and import from each worksheet.

This still only does one worksheet at a time, so it'd probably take as long as just opening up all 30 and copy/pasting. I was hoping there's be an option that lets me open all 30 files at once for import.
