Excel n00b question.

How do I find the total # of instances a certain word comes up. Like a huge list of words, "o2k" pop up. I wanna know how many o2k's total there are. Hmm.

I have Excel 97 here at work and Excel2k at home. In fooling around with 97 for a few minutes, I didn't find anything useful, but I'll check more closely when I get home. What version are you using?
