EXCEL: How to add Analysis ToolPak

I need to do some regression analysis on some data and I didn't install/select the analysis toolpak when installing EXCEL.

I no longer have the CD, so my question is if there is anyway to install the toolpak or download it somewhere without a CD?

I have a friend's computer that has the same version of EXCEL (XP) as I do and he has the analysis toolpak.. is it simply a file located on his harddrive that he can send me?
