ok i managed to translate the RNA sequence into the DNA sequence, but now i need the DNA sequence to be in reverse so they will bind to the original RNA.

so basically with a RNA sequence of
UGAC i've gotten to ACTG (DNA sequence)

but what i really need is to reverse the DNA sequence to GTCA . Is there a way in excel to format cells to do that? i tried "format>cells>alignment>right-to-life" but i get no response from the cells. can anyone help?
i can send you the .xls if you want. thanks alot

I think it's the 'right-to-life' causing the problems. I think Excel is Pro-Choice.

I dunno...try the Software forum?
