Excel help needed: Need to make a chart.....

How can I make a chart like this?

WMV size MIN TIME MAX TIME
200 MB 10 15
500 MB 10 20
1 GB 15 25
2 GB 15 40
5 GB 30 90


Basically a bar graph type situation but not starting from zero. Some start at 10, some at 15, one at 30. etc.


The stock chart seems similar but I can't get it to work.

What? Example? If it's just the bounds of the bar chart, you should be able to set the bounds somewhere in the chart options.
