Excel: Formula to sum cells A4+A8+A12+A16... etc

I'm trying to get excel to check certain cells to add them or make a new list.

Say I have values in Cells A4, A8, A12, A16, +4 cells lower, +4 cells lower, +4 cells lower etc... and I want to add these values, or have them show up in a list next to each other in column B so they are not separated.

Way to do this?
