Excel Formatting Question

I've got a list here and one column which is 1,300 cells deep contains a 13 digit number in every cell (their actually UPC codes). All of the cells numbers look like this 00344449xxxxx ... I need to figure out how to auto filter out the first zero in all 1,300 cells. There has to be an easy way to do this - anyone have suggestions?
