Excel file with page break issue

Ok I'm trying to figure out why one user and I can open an Excel spreadsheet with the correct page breaks but one user can't. When she has it open the page break is shifted down so a part of the bottom of the first page is cut off and continues on the second page when it gets printed. All users are using Office XP.

I've tried Detect and Repair in Excel and resetting all settings to default but the problem still remains.

The user with the odd page break probably has a different default printer, print driver, and/or print page size specified on her computer. This would cause Excel to paginate differently on her machine.
