okay, so what I want to do is when someone clicks on cell D1, a window with pop up with a list of information. Something similar to the option of putting comments to a cell but the problem is that the list is fairly long and it's more robust to have a new window pop with the complete list. The other idea was just put a hyperlink that shows the parameter list.

Any other suggestions? Is this something that is possible (window option)?

Best thing I could tell you to do would be insert an object and select it as a word doc. From there you would still have to tell people to right click, document object then open. This opens it in a Word window. 😕

I'm not sure what you are asking...

Do you want people to select an entry from the list...or pop up a box where they can enter comments?

do you mean list box ?

do you want users to modify the information or do you want them to input the information ?
