Excel Column to Row pivot

Data is being entered in column A in the spreadsheet.

Want to output the data as a single record CSV

If I can get the data to be aligned on row #1 from Col A - #, I can avoid having to parse and output it in the CSV format.

Is there some command within Excel that will allow such a transformation/pivot?
