excel anoying macro warning

Red Squirrel

No Lifer
on this spreadsheet i'm working on, I had to make a macro to create 30 new rows since doing it manually is tedious. Then I deleted the macro. Now every single time I open that document I get an anoying macro warning. It's not as bad as Access where you get literally 3 warnings before opening, but its still really anoying. Any way to fix this at the spreadsheet level? This spreadsheet is going to various people so I dont want them to keep getting this anoying warning.

You can digitally sign it and then they just need to accept your documents once. If you make the cert yourself, they may not be able to do that.

Tools, Macro, Security, set it to low might work.

EDIt: I think this setting is based on the workstation, not the spreadsheet. Everyone else would have to change this setting to not see the warning.

Click in the upper-left cell, the one without a letter or number. Copy & paste the entire sheet on to a new workbook, save as, & try it. The macro warning should be gone.

Worked for me two days ago.
