I have a few users with weird excel 2013 issues.. files created in 2007/2010 are getting file corrupt error in excel 2013.
non macro flat files save in excel xlsx format, just data. I saved the file in xls (2003) to test and it opens fine on the 2013 machines.
check the file format and 2007-2013 uses same format.
