Excel (2007 or 2003) United States Map

I have a list of the abbreviated states in an excel sheet with numbers next to each state. What I want to do is create a United States map that all of these numbers coorelate to.

For example, if California was 1000 and Arizonia was 100, then California, on the map within Excel, will be a darker color (pertaining to the key) than Arizonia showing that California has a much higher number.

I thought that something like this existed within Excel 2007? Are there other ways, like a website that I can import CVS data?
