I am creating a spreadsheet which requires links from one sheet to another. This link would take you to the exact cell of information needed.

I do not plan to use the cell for calculations, just for easy navigation.

Excel uses a built in hyperlink system to let me go from sheet to sheet and even to a specific cell location (i.e. A1 or B5). Where my problem lies is that I need to add rows of information changing the original location of the information. I want the hyperlink to change as the information is moved through the sheet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I actually figured it out after a little more research. For those curious, it is rather easy.

Highlight the cell or group of cells you want to reference with a hyperlink. Then, at the top of your excel sheet there is a white box with some some characters in it. These characters can be renamed using numbers, letters, & underscores. This box is called the name box. Once you have renamed the cell or group of cells you can then make a reference to that defined name when you click the create a hyperlink.

As you add rows the name of those cells will follow them where ever that may be.
