Exam tomm mornin at 9am... for my summer uni course.

Ok so my one summer course final is tomorrow at 9am. Its worth 30%.

Problem? my body has adjusted to sleeping at 4-4:30 AM during the summer cuz of the times i go out/come home after chillin with friends.

so should i drink a couple of beers tonite [nothing heavy, just one or two with a hot shower] to fall asleep earlier? by then i figure my body would be cleared up from the beer.... anyone think that it would still slow my thinking a bit for my exam?

its either drink a couple of beers and sleep at like 1am, or restlessly lay in bed and fall asleep at 4 for 3-3.5 hours of sleep.

nyquil.

alcohol actually keep you awake, you pass out , not fall asleep, but i'm not a doctor.

Whoa...Sounds like Mommy and Daddy are going to be pissed at you for blowing their money in Summer school.

The trick with beer is to start early then eat a nice big meal around 10PM, like some turkey with mashed pots. and gravy then have another beer or 2 after and you will sleep fine.

Or If you can get your hands on a valium or 2 take that with a beer and sweet dreams. Just make sure you set more than 1 alarm clock for tomorrow morning.

im at an 87% in the class right now... i just want to fall asleep earlier.

and i dont got nyquil :(

Alcohol slows the heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Its a seditive, how does a seditive keep you awake? Someone needs drink more/go to med school.
