Ok so my one summer course final is tomorrow at 9am. Its worth 30%.
Problem? my body has adjusted to sleeping at 4-4:30 AM during the summer cuz of the times i go out/come home after chillin with friends.
so should i drink a couple of beers tonite [nothing heavy, just one or two with a hot shower] to fall asleep earlier? by then i figure my body would be cleared up from the beer.... anyone think that it would still slow my thinking a bit for my exam?
its either drink a couple of beers and sleep at like 1am, or restlessly lay in bed and fall asleep at 4 for 3-3.5 hours of sleep.
