exactly how much caffeine is in red bull? I think I drank WAY too much today. Throughout the dayI had a total of 7 cans. Now, hours and hours after I drank any at all I'm wired and can't sleep... But a couple hours ago I was dead tired.. took like a literal 5 minute nap and woke up wired again. man.

its okay... ive had 800 grams of caffeine within a 2-4 hour time period and i was just really wired...youll be fine.

I try to usually go to bed around 10 or 11 cause I have to get up early and junk.
