hi friends i am building a budget non gaming pc
specs are

You won't need anything more than 400W, I expect you'll only use about 100W of that generally, just make sure you go for a good brand like Seasonic or Corsair.

Your system will consume less than 100 watts at full system load. Just get the cheapest unit from a reputable manufacturer. The VS350 linked by Deders would be my choice for a budget system like that.
