Usually all it takes is "hey man, uncool" When i was in HS a lot of jocks picked on Asain kids because they were more diminutive and maybe racial, I was a "jock" too but told my "colleagues" ..Uncool dude and they knocked it off. But in this case, where assault and battery already happened it needed immediate negative reinforcement since that's all guys like that understand. Cops? He'll be out same day with our overcrowded jails... wonder why they are overcrowded.....

Good point. I have no problem with interfering in altercations that are not physical. It is either call the cops or run. My purse and heels isnt going to do anyone any good..

I have never been in this position before though, touch wood I never am.

:)

Though, maybe Mizzou is little..

Personally, I would have called the cops. Im a 5'0 chick, and I dont want to smash the back of someones hand with my face.

Hardly

I'm no beast but I'm obviously larger and stronger then your average bear, and I'm not about to go around knocking people out just because'.

Zebo isn't understanding my position on the assisted self-defense of others. There are criminal protections for good samaritans, but there is nothing to protect you in the civil courts where you are much less likely to get off scot free.

You have to weigh your decision, Do I knock this guy out and risk the chance of him being permanently damaged (death, brain damage, broken bones) or is there some other way to prevent this situation?.

If you think the answer is to risk it, you better be DAMN sure you know what you are getting into because like I said, you have no clue who these people are and there is a significant chance you may put yourself on the wrong side (not talking specifically bout Rogers case)

There is little to no civil ramifications for just slapping a guy around or getting verbally hostile, Zebo seems to understand that well. But crossing the line into intent to bodily harm someone, if you don't know the legal risks or understand the greater concept of what is going on, you are probably better staying the heck out and calling someone who does.

Lol, I think the better option would have been when he was on the ground, apply some kind of choke like a sleeper, put his lights out for the night and call the cops.

He is after all an MMA fighter, and he probably knows a lot of ways to choke someone out.

How do you all know the woman wasn't asking for it? There are some crazy bitches out there, specially in the bar scene.

Aren`t you mthe same guy who got banned for advocating assualting women?
Aren`t you also the guy believes a woman should know her place?

You need to crawl back under your rock dude!!

The bystanders should have helped the guy up... and should have subsequently pushed him in front of a car.

you never want to do that around a crowd. Friends or some opportunist can make you an easy victim then.

Roger Huerta better not try that on me. He'd get a shot of pepper spray in his face.

I think he should have continued stomping him. It's been proven that stomps teach a better lesson. ;)

I'm a pretty big muscular dude so people never started anything with me..

Shens. Let's see a pic. My guess is you're 40+ y/o with a beer belly and big arms from doing curls everytime you go to the gym and chicken legs. Frog like build IMO.

there are 2 videos - the one that is currently being shown on tmz which is the 2nd - the first was much better - had better lighting - different angle, better quality and you see a lot more - you actually see the "fight"...anybody have that one?
