Ex-Tyco execs sentenced to up to 25 yrs...

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Dennis Kozlowski, the former Tyco International Ltd. (TYC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) chief executive, and the company's former chief financial officer, Mark Swartz, who were both found guilty of stealing more than $150 million from the company, were sentenced on Monday to up to 25 years in prison.

The sentence was handed down by Judge Michael Obus, who presided over the pair's larceny and conspiracy trial in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The two former executives were also ordered to pay total restitution of $134 million and were taken from the court in handcuffs.

yah, this is white collar "martha stewart" prison.. not that it isn't a big deal.. i still woudln't want to go, but it's not fvck me in the a$$ prision.. sucks for those two..
