So if you had a cousin that destroyed his own life through alcohol, you wouldn't blame alcohol dealers in the slightest, but if you had a cousin that destroyed his own life through heroin, you would blame heroin dealers? And only because the former is legal and the latter isn't? Because somehow, destroying another person's life (by your logic) is OK as long as it's done legally without repercussions?

People, the commutation wasn't going to take effect for a couple of months. I don't see how Obama etc. has anything to do with this (with the possible exception of calling into question his criteria for pardons/commutations).
