Yeah. I'll bet the first thought that crossed his mind when he saw the masked gunman was literally "Why did you have to release me early Obama? Why did you do this to me?" Right?

Oh wait, that's the alternate reality that delusional right wing crackpots would spout. Like yourself.

I saw this earlier. I'd guess his former homies decided he must have snitched on them for his early release...and maybe he did.

They definitely went in after him:

Thomas, 31, was shot in the head and numerous other times by one of the gunmen as his partner corralled at gunpoint some of the other 23 people in the house, Kaiser said.

"One person watched over a group of them while another subject located the victim and executed him," Kaiser said. "They were looking for this person."

Man, that looks like some serious payback for something. Hard to say someone would have been better off not having his sentence commuted, but for this guy prison might have been the safest place.....

This literally just happened a block away from my house. A guy from Evanston was out on parole for murder. For whatever reason came to the chi. He parked, got out, and had two dudes roll up on him quick. Like 10+ shots

Sort of takes care of itself but lots of bullets flying around here right now.

In all, "Operation Sunset" saw 29 convictions in federal court and 10 in state court and effectively brought about the end of the Sunny Side Gang, which operated on Saginaw's South Side.

I would say that maybe the gang is still in business. What with the execution and all?

Did the guy talk or something? Why did they kill somebody who went to jail? Probably meant he DIDN'T talk.

First of all, people can refuse the commutation (at least one person did actually because one of the strings attached is a requirement to attend substance abuse counseling). If this guy was legitimately worried about being executed, he'd have refused.

Secondly, this was an unpredictable event and in no way means you shouldn't be reducing unfair sentences. Everything in life has a certain failure rate. Its a matter of where you draw the line.

I live in Chicago it happened last week. It usually wakes us up. Can't seem to post pics from my phone though.

Today about 20 min ago a stabbing at chicago ave and wood, about two blocks from me. Dispatcher is in my fb community grp so I know the real stories lol. Our community is EXTREMELY tight nit we look out for each other.

Forgot to add two doors down attempted break in, neighbors were home though. Oh and the neighbor on my other side tries to sign for my packages lol.

Here's the story: https://www.google.com/amp/abc7chic...t-dog-shop/1704647/?client=ms-android-verizon

To understand the meta-story here, it's necessary to understand how conservative minds work, namely the importance of the "both sides" narrative. As you might've notice, there's been quite some shit news out for Trump, so they need a win so to speak for fairness and balance. So instead of chalking it up to coincidence it's necessary to push something like this to front page news, so there's "negative" Obama stories in there to mix with the Trump ones.

Now, they aren't so stupid as to believe this is actually anything more, but are obliged do their part for the cause.

Two armed men entered a federal halfway house to perform a hit. That's hardcore.

I thought that the narrative was that those released were small time guys who may have made a mistake.

This dude wasn't just some lil smuck who got caught with a couple of joints his was rollin with the big dogs.

- a butt hole.

That is what happens when to lie down with dogs. You get fleas.

I'm sure he lifted up many peoples lives by getting them hooked on drugs.

Back when I used heroin it was my choice, no drug dealers forced me to use. Can't blame drug dealers for people using drugs. Do you blame Anheuser Busch for drunks? I guess your right all the CEOs should go to prison for distributing all that death and despair too.
