I think he wants to know the theorems.

IVT: If a function is cnts, and at one point it's above a value and later on it's below the value; then the function must attain all values in between.

EVT: Given a bounded interval, and a cnts function f. There is some value where f attains a maximum, and some value where f attains a minimum.

and I'm tired of typing this stuff... the other two have to do with slopes between points.
