Evo 840 hardware Bitlocker Disk Imaging

Hi,
I need a solid solution for imaging my Samsung EVO 840 with Hardware bitlocker turned on.
I had very bad experience with True Image home, so I need something reliable that works and still allows keeping bitlocker + reading the backup from another bitlocker encrypted external hdd
anybody done this?

Acronis doesn't add bitlocker tools to their rescue media, afaik, yet. though they can be added manually to the boot.wim file. Macrium Reflect 6 does add the necessary tools to the rescue media. You could also use a windows system repair disk to disable bitlocker on an external and then use acronis to restore. Either way, nothing is automated, you have to use manage-bde parameters.

I am familiar with Manage-BDE 🙂
But have you actually restored an Image of a hardware encrypted ssd taken within windows, restored back on that ssd and turned encryption on without problems?
I want replays form people who actually done it... not theoretical answers.
