A lot of stuff will make me tired (not just tired, but need-to-sleep-exhausted). Ice cream is a bad one, unfortunately.

I've been eating clean since December. That means, no fatty stuff, junk foods, processed foods, etc. My meals consist of going organic as much as possible, and eating pretty plain stuff, eg:

Eggs, good breads, meats, vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc.

I've had 2 occassions lately where I've eaten junk, and the consequences were pretty severe lol.

The first was Chinese food at 2 am downtown. Ate a wonton soup then a general tso chicken plate with rice. Basically, when I was leaving the restaurant, I felt like a ballon, and my body bogged down. I felt like shit instantly, and bloated. I took 3 gigantic shits the next day, when normally I take a small one that is almost pale or green in color. I was burping the food for 2 days.

The 2nd food was a Pizza @ Pizza Pizza. Split a medium peperoni in half with a friend. Ate half and instantly felt like shit. When I got home, I sat down in front of the computer, started to feel dizzy, and threw all of it up.

Lesson? Once your body get's used to eating clean it rejects shit.

Eggs.... and I love them.

I still eat them, but if I eat just a little too much egg, I feel sick to my stomach. It happens really fast, too. Within minutes.
