evil asus probe utility!

my asus probe utility likes to give me an error message each time i shut down my computer. it says theres a dll error and that the program cannot initialize because the windows station is shutting down. when i shut down the computer, the program is not running. however, it always gives me this error as a popup before going away with the windows shut down. any help would be appreciated. (the program version is 2.14.01)

yeah.. ok.. i think ill be switching to the hallowed mbm.. heard lots of good stuff about it, and lots of bad stuff about the asus probe.. thanks
