EVGA warrenty question

When i bought my 7800gt from EVGA like 2 years ago, i knew that their warrenty was NOT voided by ocing, and i'm curious, is this still the case? thx in advance

If it is the software based OC'ing - the warranty is valid.

If you change the BIOS - it is not.
