evga warranty?

I'm very confused about evgas warranties. I just got a 8800GTS 640mb from Dell.
I was just wondering if I can expect it to be under the lifetime warranty, and if the warranty covers any harm from overclocking.

yes it has lifetime warranty and yes, you are allowed to overclock and not void warranty

Basically you get a lifetime warranty if you register within 30 days. If you register after 30 days you only get a 2 year warranty. If you don't register at all, you only get a 1 year warranty.
